Project Officer (Office Transformation)
Job Description
- Assist Project Manager in product design and marketing strategies for enterprise digital transformation initiative
- Provide office software technical support internally and across client companies, including office suite, ERP, and business intelligence systems
- Install and configure software, systems, networks
- Manage user onboarding processes and maintaining client and prospective relationships
- Test and innovate with new technology
- Train clients and more junior staff members
Responsibilities
You will collaborate with our dynamic team at the InnoCentre in Kowloon Tong, while virtually engaging with our global partners across Greater China, the Netherlands, Canada, and the UK. The ideal candidate will consistently meet key performance indicators, demonstrate innovation and flexibility in approach, and take full accountability for their assigned areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Preferably a certificate/diploma/degree in Information Technology, Media, Marketing, and Communications
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript is an advantage
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and/or business development is an advantage
- Good command of both English and Chinese and be able to demonstrate your copy writing and proof-reading capabilities
- Good written and spoken Chinese and English
- Most strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Self-motivated with eye for details and a good team player
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
