Trainee STEAM Instructor
Job Description
- Teach and facilitate training program and STEAM curriculum delivery
- Monitor learning progress, evaluate and assess students' performances
- Applying knowledge in pedagogy, develop and customize proprietary STEAM education materials for students in different regions and age groups
- Assist in the formulation of a content strategy and conduct learning needs analysis
- Engage with schools to ensure the curriculum’s effective delivery
- Handle ad-hoc duties if necessary
Responsibilities
You will collaborate with our dynamic team at the InnoCentre in Kowloon Tong, while virtually engaging with our global partners across Greater China, the Netherlands, Canada, and the UK. The ideal candidate will consistently meet key performance indicators, demonstrate innovation and flexibility in approach, and take full accountability for their assigned areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Creative Media, Design or Science disciplines
- Confident and enthusiastic individuals with teaching experience
- Strong communication ability in both Chinese and English
- Deep interest in digital education for all age groups
- Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome
